Cale is the Vice President of Operations and a Producer for the agency. He obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Findlay and his master's degree from Wright State University. Cale joined the KSD team in 2012, part time while still teaching. In 2015 he joined the agency full time after teaching 12 years.
Cale is the current president of the Troy Rotary Club, Past Chair of the Troy Chamber of Commerce, and board of directors for the Troy Development Council.
When Cale isn't busy at the office, he is busy at home. He lives in Troy with his wife, Meghan, and their four children. He loves spending time with his family and being in the outdoors.
