Cale serves as Vice President and Producer for the agency, bringing more than a decade of industry experience and community leadership to his role. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Findlay and his master’s degree from Wright State University. In 2012, Cale joined Koverman Staley Dickerson Insurance, where he continues to play a key role in serving clients and supporting the agency’s growth.
Deeply committed to his community, Cale previously served as President of the Troy Rotary Club, Past Chair of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce, and as a board member for the Troy Development Council.
When he’s not at the office, Cale stays just as busy at home. He lives in Troy with his wife, Meghan, their four children, and Gus, their five-year-old Wirehaired Pointing Griffon. He enjoys spending time with his family and being outdoors whenever he can.
