Janny started her career in the insurance industry in 2005 as a licensed Property & Casualty and Life & Health agent and moved into the role of agency manager early in her career. She has spent the last 5 years in commercial account management with a primary focus on large accounts. Janny joined the KSD team in 2025.
Janny and her husband, Mike, along with their two teenage children, live in a small farming community outside the Dayton area. In her downtime, Janny enjoys spending time outdoors travelling across the country, camping in the comfort of the family RV with friends. In colder weather, it’s hard to pry a book out of her hands as her favorite activity of all time is reading. Comments may have been made a time or two (or more) voicing surprise that Janny is not a librarian.
