Joe obtained his bachelor's degree from the University of Cincinnati and began his insurance career as a commercial underwriter for Cincinnati Insurance Company. In 1997 he joined the Koverman Staley Dickerson Insurance team.
Joe is a currently serving on the Executive Board of the Miami County YMCA, President of Grow Piqua Now, the Board of the Arbogast Performing Arts Center, Greenville Federal Bank Board, and Board of Directors for Buckeye Insurance Group. He is a former President/Board Member of the Troy Area Chamber of Commerce, former Chairman of the Piqua Area Chamber of Commerce, former Chairman of the Troy Foundation, past chairman of the United Fund and former Board Member for the Troy Development Council, Troy Rec Association and Overfield Tavern Museum.
Joe loves to be outdoors with his family. Along with his two sons, Robbie, and Tommy, he is often found hunting or boating.
